This property had suffered a large water leak resulting in damage to the solid oak entrance foyer floor. We came to inspect the floor and assessed the damage and found that thankfully the strips weren’t so badly damaged so as to need replacing. After sanding the floor back to the bare wood we returned it to the previous colouring by applying Treatex Clear Hardwax Oil in a matt finish, matching other floors in the property.
